Support OEM OEM and ODM customization based on drawings/samples, including one-stop services for optical design, mold development, injection molding, coating, and screen printing. The minimum order quantity for regular customization is 1000 pieces; The new project can first confirm the optical parameters and appearance through sampling, and then proceed with mass production after the samples are completed.
Mainstream materials include PC and acrylic, and other optical plastics can be selected according to needs. We can provide surface processes such as hardening, scratch resistance, impact resistance, anti fog, vacuum plating, gradient coating, screen printing, and fully automatic cleaning to meet different needs for transparency, wear resistance, and protection.
The product can undergo optical performance and impact resistance testing according to customer requirements, and has relevant certifications such as CE. It can undertake foreign trade orders and support exports; Medical isolation eye masks are registered for production as a type of medical device and can be used in medical protection scenarios.
Optical mold development generally takes 25-40 days (depending on the complexity of the product); After the mold is completed, sample confirmation is required, and the production lead time is generally 7-15 days. Complex optical products can shorten the research and development cycle through optical simulation and prototype verification.
Samples can be provided. Standard stock lenses can provide a small number of samples for free, with only shipping fees charged; Customized mold samples require a sample fee and mold fee. If the subsequent bulk order reaches the agreed quantity, the mold fee can be refunded according to the agreement.
